Happy monday morning my loves. As announced via an instagram preview yesterday, today the big photo series produced in Paris in cooperation with notorious red soles is about to start. Yes, as the first swiss blogger I had the honor of collaborating with no less a brand than Christian Louboutin. I can’t even describe how excited and restless I was exactly one week ago when I sat in the train to Paris.
I went through all the shooting concept again. I checked all the location again. I opened my suitcase again just to double check I have everything with me – although if not, it would have been to late anyway. I reviewed the weather forecast about every 10 minutes as the heavy grey clouds made me assume rain. My jitters that rain drops will fall down the sky every second came true right 5 minutes after the last pictures were taken. Phew. Lucky me.As for the start I decided to share with you one of my very favorite pieces out of the Spring Summer 2015 collection. Let me introduce you: Otrot, the colorful high heel coming in suede with frisky fringes attached. He will immediately turn your simplest outfit into an eye-catcher! No wonder that Otrot has stolen my heart within milliseconds. Especially in summer, I like it easy-peasy and when I’m lazy in the morning I gladly reach for a dress once in a while. The problem: Dresses are somehow incredibly boring – I rather prefer to combine several pieces and be creative. The solution: A pair of funky, outstanding high heels that create that certain something. Just like Otrot.
Guten Montagmorgen, ihr Lieben. Wie gestern bereits via Instagram Preview vorangekündigt, geht es heute endlich lo-hoos mit der grossen Fotostory aus Paris in Kollaboration mit den berühmt-berüchtigten roten Sohlen.
Ja, als erste Schweizer Bloggerin, hatte ich die Ehre mit keiner geringeren Marke als Christian Louboutin zusammenzuarbeiten Ich kann euch gar nicht beschreiben, wie aufgeregt und zappelig ich vor genau einer Woche war, als ich morgens in der Früh im TGV nach Paris sass und nochmals das ganze Shootingkonzept durchging, nochmals alle Locations checkte, nochmals mein Koffer öffnete und prüfte, ob auch wirklich alles mit dabei war – obwohl ich ja eh nix mehr ändern hätte können – und dazu alle 10 Minuten die Wettervorhersage prüfte, denn die schweren, grauen Wolken liessen Regen vermuten. Mein Bammel, dass bald Tropfen vom Himmel fallen würden, bewahrheitete sich übrigens ungefähr 5 Minuten nachdem die letzten Bilder im Kasten waren. Glück gehabt.Zum Start gibt’s direkt eines meiner aller liebsten Modelle aus der Spring Summer Kollektion 2015. Darf ich auch vorstellen, Otrot, der farbenfrohe High Heel in Wildleder mit den verspielten Fransen, der selbst das simpelste Outfit in einen Eye-Catcher verwandelt. Kein Wunder also, dass Otrot mir sofort den Kopf verdreht hat. Denn besonders im Sommer mag ich es schlicht und einfach und greife, wenn ich faul bin, ganz gerne mal zu einem Kleidchen. Das Problem: Kleidchen sind irgendwie immer so megamässig langweilig – viel lieber bin ich kreativ und kombiniere Teile. Die Lösung: Ein paar richtig auffallende Schuhe, die dem Look das gewisse Etwas verleihen. Otrot eben.
