We girls are all the same – in some ways at least. Especially when it comes to hair topics. Haven’t we all been at the point we wished we had beautiful long lion hair? Well, wait, by no means, I wanna say that long hair is THE dream to chase as a woman because honestly, all of us also been at opposite point, when we wanted to cut our hair short – by the desirability of a change or maybe because we assumed it will take less time to look like an acutal human every morning. Admittedly, that was quite a complicated intro into this post, so pleaese give me a second chance to say what I actually tried to say: We all tend to desire things we don’t have! And especially when it comes to hair, it gets difficult because we can’t change our hair’s length every day according to our mood (unless you’re a Kardashian. Then you of course you can!), at least not with our actual, real hair.
Or can we?
Yes, we can!
Well, at least we can make it look like! One of my tricks you already know since this tutorial I shared a couple of weeks ago. But today, I’m sharing my second trick and it’s an extra big and long ponytail cheat! By the way, it is the very first time I’m doing a tutorial as a video, so my excitement is extra big too!!
The base for the ponytail cheat are beautiful waves, thus because waves automatically add volume, obviously. To create the waves I use the brand-new Dyson Airwrap styler which dries AND styles my hair at the very same and therefore saves me A LOT of time daily without damaging my hair at all because the product mainly works with a strong airflow instead of extreme heat. The actual trick for the longer ponytail itself only takes about 2 minutes or even less and I promise every single one of you can do it yourself! I SWEAR BY THE DYSON AIRWRAP! Irgendwie ist es doch immer wieder einmal der Traum einer jeden Frau, schöne lange Haare zu haben. «Immer wieder einmal» deshalb, weil wir auch «immer wieder einmal» das Bedürfnis haben, sie abzuschneiden – vielleicht aus dem Wunsch der Veränderung heraus, oder vielleicht auch, weil wir uns fragen, ob kurze Haare vielleicht schneller zu stylen sind. Zugegeben, dass war ein komplizierter Einstieg. Deshalb lasst es mich nochmals vereinfacht sagen: Wir tendieren dazu, ab und an etwas zu wollen, was wir nicht haben! Und gerade bei Haaren ist es nunmal so, dass wir unsere Wunschlänge nicht täglich wechseln können (ausser du bist eine Kardashian, dann geht das natürlich!). Zumindest nicht mit unseren echten Haaren.
Oder doch?
Doch!
Naja, zumindest können wir es so wirken lassen! Einen solchen Trick kennt ihr ja bereits aus diesem Tutorial von vor einigen Wochen. Heute folgt – ausnahmsweise einmal in Video-Form – ein weiterer Hair-Cheat, diesmal wie ihr einen extra grossen, voluminösen und vor allem auch längeren Pferdeschwanz hinbekommt.
Als Basis mag ich meine Haare übrigens schön gewellt – dadurch wirkt der Pferdeschwanz nämlich auch sofort schon voluminöser. Dafür nutze ich den neuen Dyson Airwrap Haarstyler der meine Haare gleichzeitig trocknet UND stylt und mir dadurch eine Menge Zeit spart – und das ganz ohne Hitzeschäden, da das Gerät hauptsächlich mit Luft arbeitet! Der eigentliche Trick für den längeren Pferdeschwanz dauert im übrigens nur allerhöchstens 2 Minuten und es kann mit hundertprozentiger Sicherheit jeder einzelne von euch selber machen. Aber schaut am Besten einfach selbst :))
