As promised, today we continue with the second and last part of this story.
7.00 PM – After my daily workout (if the summery weather holds on any longer, I need to keep my summer body at least for another month) I spring under the shower and enjoy a delicious meal afterwards (Quinoa-Chicken. Yummy!).
8.00 PM – “Let’s clink glasses once again tonight” is how our totally defined evening plan (beware of my irony), that we just spontaneously set via voice messages, sounds like. And again I’m back in the bathroom but this time I’m not aiming for a day suitable subtle eye make up, I rather feel for a dramatic smokey eye look.
8.30 PM – It’s already the second time that day that I make use of my dearly beloved Urban Decay Naked Smoky palette (YAAAAAS, you read right, in Switzerland the new Naked eyeshadow palette is available from tomorrow on). Even for me as a non-pro when it comes to Make Up, it’s super easy to apply the shadows with the double-ended brush and blind it perfectly. I watch into the mirror and barely recognize myself. Dark eyes, golden glimmer to set highlights and open my small eyes. I feel like a vamp ready to conquer the night.
9.30 PM – The doorbell rings. “Hellooow” Joy steps in with her always bright smile and straightaway we stand into my dressing room aka. office. After the felt 18293 clothes change the perfect outfit is found – typical gals. Isn’t it kind of a ritual preparation before a girls night (even if you already know what to wear since quite some time)?
11.30 PM – We step out the train in Zurich and make our way through the city without a plan where we will end up and step into a nice bar in the end where we drink a toast to upcoming projects and the pleasant news that I will be featured in the 2016 issue of “Who is Who in Zurich”.
03.30 AM – I notice that I am either 1. to old or 2. simply not a party animal as my eyelids fall down in a five seconds interval. And it’s not because of excessive alcohol consumption. I swear! So, time to head back home where I fall into bed super tired after removing my make up that almost looks like freshly applied (It’s almost a pity to remove). Good night. zzZZz
Wie versprochen, geht es heute weiter mit dem zweiten und letzten Teil dieser Story.
19.00 Uhr – Nach meinem täglichen Workout (wenn das sommerliche Wetter weiterhin anhält, muss der Summer Body schliesslich noch einen Monat halten.) springe ich unter die Dusche, danach gibt’s lecker Abendessen (Quinoa-Chicken. Yummy!)
20.00 Uhr – «Lass uns heute mal wieder einen Drink heben», so die total definierte Aktivität des Abends, die wir spontan über einige Sprachnachrichten festgelegt haben. Schon wieder stehe ich nun also im Bad. Nur will ich meine Smokey Eyes diesmal nicht so dezent wie tagsüber, sondern richtig dramatisch!
20.30 Uhr – Zum zweiten Mal an diesem Tag kommt also meine heiss geliebte Urban Decay Naked Smoky Palette (JAAAA, ihr lest richtig, ab morgen ist in der Schweiz eine neue Naked Palette erhältlich!) zum Zug. Sogar für mich als Ungeübte lassen sich die Farbpigmente mit dem doppelseitigen Pinsel ganz easy auftragen und verblenden. Ich gucke in den Spiegel und erkennt mich selbst kaum wieder. Dunkel umrandete Augen, etwas goldener Schimmer als Highlight um eine kleinen Augen optisch zu öffnen. I feel like a vamp, bereit, die Nacht zu erobern.
21.30 Uhr – Es klingelt an der Türe. «Hellooow» Joy tritt breitgrinsend (wie immer) ein und schnurstracks geht’s in mein Ankleidezimmer aka. Büro. Nach gefühlten 18293 mal umziehen ist das Outfit gefunden – typisch Mädels eben. Oder bei wem gehört das nicht zur Vorbereitung eines Mädelsabends, auch wenn man eigentlich schon längst weiss, was man anziehen möchte?
23.30 Uhr – In Zürich steigen aus dem Zug und schreiten noch planlos durch die Stadt, um schlussendlich spontan in einer Bar zu enden, wo wir auf kommende Projekte und die freudige Nachricht, dass ich in der neuen Ausgabe «Who is Who in Zürich» gelistet sein werde, anstossen.
03.30 Uhr – Ich bin entweder 1. zu alt oder 2. schlichtweg kein Partytier, merke ich, als mir die Augenlider im 5-Sekundentakt zuklappen. Und das liegt nicht an übermässigem Alkoholkonsum. I swear! Also geht’s wieder ab nach Hause, wo ich nach dem Abschminken (mein Make Up sitzt noch immer so wunderbar, dass es mich das reut) müde aber happy ins Bett falle. Gute Nacht. zzZZz
