Can you believe that these pictures with the brightest sunshine have only been taken a few days ago? With today’s temperatures around 10 degrees and heavy clouds I can’t even believe it myself. Nonetheless, the outfit is wonderfully autumn-like – if you have a look at the length of the skirt and the furry shoes – but at the same time it spreads a late summery touch thanks to the contrasty floral print.
On this Instagram picture you already shared the love for my leg wear. Now it’s finally clarified if the flowery piece of clothing is actually a dress, a culotte, palazzo pants or a skirt. It’s the latter and it comes in a practical wrapping style which also serves the advantage that when you walk one can spot your legs now and again so that not every bit of sex appeal is lost due to the maxi length and the flower prints.
Because we all know, how men react on flower prints – keyword “Got it from your grandma?” or “Did you made that out of the curtain?” – and that “less is more” can actually be interpreted in different ways: Less skin or less fabric. Well, the skirt contains of rather more of the latter. Sorry, boys. But hey, we show some legs with the wrapped maxi skirt though so I’d call this a fair compromise. ;)
Könnt ihr glauben, dass diese Bilder in strahlendem Sonnenschein erst vor wenigen Tag entstanden sind? Bei den heutigen Temperaturen um die knapp 10 Grad und den schweren Wolken, kann ich es nämlich selber kaum glauben. Nichtsdestotrotz, der Look war wunderbar herbstlich – wenn man die Länge des Rockes und meine felligen Lieblingsschuhe betrachetet – und zugleich versprühte er, genauso wie die Sonnenstrahlen, doch einen letzen sommerlichen Touch: Kontrastreichem Blumenprint sei dank.
Dass euch die Beinbekleidung gefällt, habt ihr letztens schon via diesem Instagrambild bekundet. Mit dem heutigen Blogpost wäre dann auch endgültig geklärt, ob es sich bei dem blumigen Kleidungsstück um ein Kleid, eine Culotte, eine Palazzo Hose oder einen Rock handelt. Es ist letzteres und zwar im praktischen Wickelstil, was zugleich den Vorteil hat, dass beim Laufen doch hin und wieder ein Schimmer eines Beines zu sehen ist und nicht jeglicher Sexappeal durch Maxilänge und Blumenprint verloren geht.
Wir wissen ja, wie Männer zum Blumenprint stehen – Stichwort «Hast du das von Oma, oder was?» oder «Hast du das aus einem Vorhang gemacht?» – und das «weniger manchmal mehr» gerne etwas anders ausgelegt wird, als bei uns Damen. Weniger kann sich schliesslich auf Beides beziehen: Haut oder eben Stoff. Und von letzterem besteht das gute Teil nicht aus wenigem sondern halt eher aus mehr. Sorry, Jungs. Aber eben, ein bisschen Bein zeigen wir für euch ja trotzdem. Ein fairer Kompromiss würde ich sagen ;)
