Trends come and go. But then there are those it pieces that go much further than only being a short trend as they have what it takes to get real classics. Whilst only recently I collected and presented a whole list of trendy handbags for the fall/winter season, in the matter of shoes there’s specifically one model that turn heads of fashionistas all over the world.
Yes, also I became addicted to the heavy, black Boot from Givenchy that seems to bring this certain irresistible rockstar attitude with its buckles and round studs. Just to mention, Franz and Carl are also in love with these comfortable hotties.Today’s look could easily make a perfect travel outfit with the comfy boots, my current favorite sweater (not difficult to see after this, this und huh?) and the casual easygoing culottes that’s why I thought it would be time for a travel update about where we are heading next. Sunday morning we will enter the airplane in direction to France with the second smallest country of the world as final destination – Monaco, here we come!
It probably won’t get warmer than it is in Switzerland, but I’m looking forward for the change, good food and amazing experiences. Who knows, maybe I will return back home with a new favorite souvenir for my home. My current one is actually from a country in which I have never been yet but is on top of my bucket list. Trends kommen und gehen. Doch dann gibt es da diese It-Pieces, die über den kurzfristigen Trends hinaus, durchaus das Zeug zu einem Klassiker haben. Während ich euch kürzlich erst eine ganze Liste an trendy Handtaschen für die Hersbt/Winter Saison zusammengetragen und vorgestellt habe, gibt es in Sachen Schuhe momentan ein Modell, dass den Fashionistas dieser Welt ganz besonders den Kopf verdreht. Und ja, auch ich bin ihm verfallen, dem schweren, schwarzen Boot von Givenchy, der mit Schnallen und runden Nieten diese gewisse, unwiderstehliche Rockstar Attitude mitzubringen scheint. Franz und Karl freuen sich übrigens auch auf die bequemen, flachen Treter.
Und weil sich der heutige Look mit komfortablen Boots, meinem aktuellen Lieblingspulli (nach diesem, diesem und langsam offensichtlich, oder?) und einer lässigen Stoffculotte so gut als Travel Outfit eignen würde, gibt’s direkt ein Update, wo’s als nächstes hingeht. Am Sonntagmorgen steigen wir nämlich in den Flieger nach Frankreich, mit dem zweitkleinsten Staat der Erde als schlussendliches Reiseziel – Monaco wir kommen.
Es wird zwar nicht wärmer sein, als es in der Schweiz ist, dafür freue ich mich umso mehr auf Abwechslung, gutes Essen und tolle Erlebnisse. Wer weiss, vielleicht finde ich sogar ein neues Lieblings-Souvenir für mein Zuhause.
Mein aktuelles ist nämlich tatsächlich aus einem Land, in dem ich noch nie war, dass aber on top meiner Bucket List steht. Aber lest besser selbst.Get the look
